By accessing and using Len-Den's waste management services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Len-Den provides waste management and recycling services including:

• Scheduled pickup of recyclable materials
• Waste collection and processing
• Rewards points system for recycled materials
• Online platform for service management
• Customer support and assistance

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our service
• Submit hazardous or prohibited materials

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or operational issues
• Materials must be properly prepared and accessible

Accepted Materials

• Steel and metal scrap
• Plastic bottles and containers
• Paper and cardboard
• Aluminum cans and foil
• Glass bottles and jars
• Other recyclable materials as specified

Prohibited Materials

• Hazardous waste or chemicals
• Medical waste or sharps
• Electronic waste (unless specifically arranged)
• Contaminated or soiled materials

Points Calculation

• Points are awarded based on material type and weight
• Rates may vary and are subject to change
• Points are credited after successful pickup and verification
• Minimum pickup quantities apply

Redemption

• Points can be redeemed for rewards and vouchers
• Minimum redemption amounts may apply
• Rewards are subject to availability
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Pickup services are provided at no direct cost to customers
• Compensation is provided through our points system
• Rates are determined by current market conditions
• We reserve the right to adjust rates with notice
• Special pricing may apply for large quantities

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Len-Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Len-Den and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any materials you submit or provide

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying prominent notices on our platform

Your continued use of our service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
